Your First Appointment
Many people can be a little nervous about a first visit to an Optician as they are entering new surroundings and meeting new people. However, at Oakmead, you are welcomed by a dedicated member of team in calm, contemporary surroundings.
Your first appointment will be relaxed and informative. We discuss your previous experiences and conduct a thorough eye examination. We like to learn about you so that we can provide care that is a real contribution to the quality of your life. There is plenty of time to ask questions and discuss your treatment options. Together, we will formulate a treatment plan and only proceed when you are happy.
Each member of our team is dedicated to patient care, comfort, experienced and knowledge-based assessments & treatment. We work hard to listen to your needs, respond to your concerns and provide for your comfort and safety every time that you visit us. The important thing to note is that treatment progresses at your own pace so that it is comfortably within your own timetable and budget.
